Bad quality fabric, bad sizes

I got this dress with a really bad fabric quality and the size was too too very big. I asked for a exchange but your people didnt care. Pathetic service, I’m going to write reviews on instagram and let people know , they should not waste their money on your bad services and quality you provide.
