Shipping Policy

We at WomenOutfitStudio are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed Indian and international courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, ShippinRocket etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Charges:  We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, including prepaid and cash on delivery (COD). For international orders, additional shipping fees are charged based on the weight of the total order parcel, calculated at checkout.
  • Tax and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery. We do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once placed.
  • Receiving Order Guidelines: Customers are advised to record an unboxing video and take images of the parcel within 48 hours of delivery, especially if it's damaged, broken, or opened. Failure to accept or pay customs charges for international orders may result in no product exchanges/returns or refunds.

Process

  • Once an order is placed, it goes through processing, quality checks, and is then dispatched to our delivery partners. Customers receive a unique tracking number to track their order's status.

Payment Policy

  • Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations globally. Eligibility can be checked during checkout.
  • Cancellation: COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing womenoutfitstudio@gmail.com or calling +91-7622859209
  • Payment options: We accept major debit/credit cards, net banking, eWallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery for domestic orders. International orders require prepaid payments via Mastercard, American Express, Visa, PayPal.

    Shipping Restriction

    Certain items are restricted/banned by delivery companies and are not shipped.

    Delivery Timelines & Information

    At WomenOutfitStudio, we prioritize timely delivery and aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 2-5 days of order confirmation. For international orders, our dispatch timeframe is 7-10 days from order confirmation.

    Upon confirmation, you will receive a unique tracking identity number via email and SMS. This number allows you to track your order's status on the courier partner’s official website.

    We partner with trusted third-party courier/shipment agencies. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we advise customers to record a video while receiving and unboxing the package. This video can serve as proof in case of issues like parcel damages or missing items.

    In rare cases of a 10-15 day delay in dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will promptly inform customers.

    Please note that standard deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
