Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At WomenOutfitStudio, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following terms & conditions before making a purchase:
Size Exchange / Product Exchange:
- If you encounter a size issue with your product or wish to exchange it for a different item, please email us at womenoutfitstudio@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel. If a reverse pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange for the pickup at the delivery address and send the replacement item to you.
Return :
- We don’t take returns on items sold once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the wrong item is sent, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to replace the product using the fastest available courier service. Although all products undergo of quality checks before dispatch, we are committed to resolving any issues with the product promptly.
When Exchanges Are Not Accepted:
- Color Differences: Exchanges are not accepted for color differences, which may vary up to 10% due to screen resolution and lighting.

Material or Color Preferences: We do not accept exchanges based on personal preferences regarding material or color. All product details are mentioned in the Product description.
We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order.
- Customized Items: Exchanges are not accepted for items that have been specially customized for the customer.

Domestic Orders:

Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues. Product exchanges are not permitted.

Process:
- Initiate Request: Contact us via email at womenoutfitstudio@gmail.com or call +91-7622859209 within 24 hours of order delivery.
- Processing Fee: A fee of ₹300 per product applies. Please share the payment screenshot in email or WhatsApp.
- Direct Shipment: For direct returns, we will provide the shipping address. Share the AWB number and courier details once dispatched.

Reverse Pickup: Upon payment, we will arrange a reverse pickup through a trusted courier service.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pin-Codes. In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. - Quality Inspection: After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it. Once approved, the new size will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Limitations: Exchanges for size will only be processed once per order. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Non-Eligibility:
- Color differences (up to 10%) due to screen resolution and lighting.
- Dislike of material or color as all product details are provided in the description.
- Customized or specially ordered items.

- We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
- For damaged or incorrect items, email us at womenoutfitstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. All custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.

- We reserve the right to cancel or not accept orders due to issues such as faulty product listings, availability, or payment concerns. In cases of unusual activity, additional verification may be required.
- Customers will be informed of any partial or complete cancellations. Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be reversed to the customer's registered bank account.

Credit Note Validity:
- Credit notes issued for exchanges or cancellations are valid for 90 days.

Penalty Charge for Refused COD Orders:
To mitigate costs associated with refused COD deliveries:
- Penalty Fee: A penalty fee of 300 will be charged for orders refused upon delivery.
- Coverage: This fee covers return shipping costs and other additional administrative expenses.
